Winter Catholic Wedding

We couldn’t have asked for a better way to kick off this year’s wedding season. This winter Catholic wedding was on the best weather day we have had in months! Katie and Josh lucked out with a seventy degree sunshiny day.

The moment I walked into Katie’s mom’s home that morning, I felt like family. Her family was incredibly warm and sweet. Dan was off at her grandmother’s house with the guys, and got the same amazing welcome. They got married at Holy Cross Catholic Parish in the heart of the Triad in Kernersville North Carolina. They had a beautiful traditional wedding day.

Katie and Josh’s winter Catholic wedding had all the things we love in a wedding; Daddy/Daughter first look, beautiful details, bridal party first look, amazing weather and a private last dance! Wedding pro tip: every couple should end their day with a private last dance. It’s an intimate way to spend the last few moments of your reception and a way to create a loving memory that will be cherished for a lifetime.

We have enjoyed getting to know Katie and Josh, through their engagement session, planning of their wedding and spending their whole day with them. These two are so in love and are perfect for each other. Their families seemed to fit together as well, almost as if they had know each other their entire lives.
